SUV's, watercraft,
4 X 4's,'
hovercraft, ATV's, chainsaws, utility
engines,
generator's, RV's,
motorcycles,
lawn & garden,
farm
equipment, weed eaters, leaf blowers, pressure washers...?
For maximum
performance, longevity, cost savings - nourish your equipment on
AMSOIL premium synthetic lubricants
and related performance products.
Why AMSOIL synthetics?...simply,
they dramatically outperform conventional petroleum
motor oils, and even
other synthetics. ...see Chart for more
AMSOIL
offers
Extended drain intervals --of 10,000, 25,000,
and 35,000 miles/one year, whichever first in gas engines or up to 11
times longer than conventional engine oil. Plus, factor in
reduced emissions, energy efficiency, and cost savings
over the life of the products and you have ample reasons to use the
finest in automotive synthetic lubricants. Related
Example --
AMSOIL Absolute Efficiency oil
filters can be used up to 25,000 miles/one year - whichever first.
If
you want improved performance and more, "you can't expect different results
when you keep doing the same thing" -- using conventional lubes.
And also consider the results of using cheap
filters. See

| In Europe,
customers look for "Vehicle Cost of Ownership" which takes into account
the costs of scheduled maintenance such as oil changes. With top tier oil
costing up to $28.00 a liter, a primary consideration is extended drain
intervals - lower VCO.
Question:
How do you measure engine oil performance?
“The single engine
oil performance measure available to the public is the drain interval…how long
an oil should remain in an engine before it is changed,"
writes
Automotive Editor David McFall in the the
March 2003 issue of
Lubes 'N Greases
Magazine.
Imagine - one year between oil and filter
changes! That is a quantum leap in product longevity! And,
simply, means premium performance products
Real Life Scenario
-- You have a 2007 Toyota Camry with 2.4L engine and it is driven about 18,000
miles annually. Using AMSOIL products, your total oil (excluding
any 'top-off') and filter needs are
five
quarts of 5W30 and one
EaO-10 oil filter.
Up to
one year
or 25,000 miles without oil and filter maintenance! Your yearly
investment is under
$70.00. (Compare to regular oil & filter changes over the same mileage.)
When changed as
recommended, AMSOIL's synthetic
lubes are backed by a
Warranty.

Are aftermarket oil additives recommended?
From the book "Basic Handbook of
Lubrication"
Most major equipment manufacturers and
lubricant formulators do not approve of aftermarket lubricant
products or remain silent about their use. Equipment manufacturers have
concerns over potential damage from harmful additives and are usually
uninterested in evaluating additives since there are simply too many on the
market to evaluate. Most oil manufacturers are concerned with the balance of
their original additive packages and the potential for adverse effect on
their formulation.
Lubricant formulators are always under
pressure to reduce additive treatment costs and thus improve profitability.
This can lead to the production of lubricants which are of
marginal quality, thus providing room for additive boosting. There have
been several companies (including two of the Big Three automakers and two
major oil companies), who themselves market lubricant additives which
purport to provide increased lubrication protection. It is this apparently
contradictory stance that has consumers confused, and most simply decide for
themselves or take the advice of their trusted mechanics or suppliers.
